. I would now recommend this Hotel to anyone - Staff are brilliant, friendly and helpful and always considerate. We made sure we went for the deluxe room and were absolutely delighted - located closer to the back of the Hotel and pool, the room was great and the aircon a lovely cool change from the steamy nights.
Breakfast was good - not over the top - brilliant Omelettes and nice crispy bacon.
For the price and the more quiet location I would say the Pelangi Bali Hotel made our first visit to Bali for my wife's 40th absolutely memorable.

Hi Pelangi hotel we stayed with you 2 nights 8th, & 9th In April 2010. We had a great stay at the pelangi for the first time and we enjoyed the facilities and loved the pool and loved the access to beach as we could swim in both, and the mrs could still go shopping, it was ace.
You will remember me also, as I had fallen down the steps near the pool and the pool staff who helped me were fantastic (I ended up dislocating my little left toe which is still swollen and sore) I would like to thank the staff that helped me that day, either by getting me back to the hotel room, and also the person who took me to the hospital that day, it was a fantastic service and thanks for being there for me. Also the free courtesy car to the next hotel was appreciated. We are back in Bali October 26th - 2nd November and was wondering on what rates you could do for us. It was terriric to be back at our Bali home. The renovations look wonderful and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. There are so many special staff members that it is not possible to list them all but a very special mention goes to Gustra, Tari and Adek. Highly recommend. |

We had the best time at the Pelangi! The direct access to the beach meant that we could go for beautiful walks and watch the sun setting. The pool is wonderful, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were lovely and attentive, and made some really great cocktails! Thanks Pelangi! |

We had a fantastic time at the Pelangi. The rooms are clean,the pool is great and the staff are beyond belief.Agus pronounced (Agoose)is simply the best and a gentleman,in fact the whole team are fantastic. We will stay there again that's for sure. |
